How to play Soccer 13 Extra

TAB publishes 30 matches, numbered M1 to M30, and you choose which 13 of them to bet. That is the whole difference from ordinary Soccer 13. It is also why the card on the fixtures page is 30 matches long while the payouts are published out of 13.

Every line on this page shows where it came from. Some lines are what the operator states on its own pages. Some are what this site checked against published data. Some are things nobody publishes at all. Checked Wednesday 29 July 2026.

Want to bet on one match on its own?

A pool ticket and a bookmaker bet are different products. If what you want is a bet on one of these matches on its own, at a price you can see before you stake, that is a licensed South African bookmaker rather than a pool.

That button is a paid link, and this site can earn a commission when you use it. It changes nothing above. The fixture lists, results and dividends all come from the pool operator's own feed. Easybet is licensed in South Africa. Read their offer terms before you put money in. 18+ only.

Entering the pool online:A direct route to enter these pools online is being arranged with a licensed operator. Until that account exists and its terms have been read, this site does not link to it and makes no claim about it.

The operator states

The operator says this on their own how to play page, read Wednesday 29 July 2026. This site has not checked it.

You pick the matches, not just the results
TAB lists 30 matches in each pool. You choose which 13 to include. Then you pick a result in each of those 13. No other pool on this site works that way.
What a ticket costs
One entry costs R2. That is one pick in each of the 13 matches you chose. Each extra combination costs another R2.
How the pool is split
Tickets with all 13 correct share 70 per cent of the pool. Tickets with any 12 of the 13 share the other 30 per cent. If nobody wins the 70 per cent share, it carries over to the same share of a later TAB soccer pool.
Why lower levels sometimes pay
TAB states that the 30 per cent share pays down a level when nobody wins it. If nobody gets any 12 correct, it pays to any 11 correct, then any 10, and so on. That is why the settled results here show payouts at levels as low as 8 out of 13.

Checked here

This is worked out from the operator's own published data. The check is a script in this site's repository, so anyone can run it again.

What 1, 2 and 3 mean
1 is a home win, 2 is a draw and 3 is an away win. We checked this against every settled pool on file. One published symbol out of more than 700 did not fit. In a pool from 23 May 2026, a 2-2 draw was published against the away win symbol. That is a gap in the operator data, not a different meaning, and we leave it in view here rather than correct it quietly.

Here is the count behind that check, for Soccer 13 Extra alone: 32 settled pools and 951 comparisons. Each one puts a published symbol against the published score of the match in that spot. 950 agreed and 1 did not. Another 9 matches were published as void.

Before you enter

A pool ticket is a game of chance. Most tickets in every pool win nothing. No amount of form study changes that a pool pays out of a shared pot, not at a price you agreed. Decide what you are willing to lose before the pool closes, and stop there.

Questions

How does Soccer 13 Extra actually work?

TAB publishes 30 matches, numbered M1 to M30, and you choose which 13 of them to bet. That is the whole difference from ordinary Soccer 13. It is also why the card on the fixtures page is 30 matches long while the payouts are published out of 13.

What does a Soccer 13 Extra ticket cost?

One entry costs R2. That is one pick in each of the 13 matches you chose. Each extra combination costs another R2.

Do you have to get every Soccer 13 Extra result right to win?

No. Across 32 settled pools on file, Soccer 13 Extra paid at 11/13, 12/13 and 13/13 correct. The amount at each level changes every pool. It depends on the size of the pot and on how many tickets got to that level.

Is a pool bet the same as a bet at a bookmaker?

No, and the difference matters. In a pool bet every stake goes into one pot, and the pot is shared between the winning tickets. So nobody knows what a ticket pays until the pool closes and the matches finish. A bookmaker prices each match on its own and shows you that price before you stake. A cheap pool ticket needs a lot of results to go your way. A single match bet at a known price is a different product with a different risk.

Where can you actually enter a Soccer 13 Extra pool?

With TAB, which runs the pool. You can enter at its outlets, on its telephone service or on its own website. SoccerBetting SA is not the pool operator, takes no bets and holds no money. This page tells you how the game works and what this week's card is. You place the entry with the operator.
