- What a ticket costs
- One entry costs R6. That is one pick in each of the 6 matches. You can also pick more than one result in a match. That gives you more combinations, and each combination costs R6.
- How the payout is worked out
- TAB shares the pool equally between the winning tickets. Soccer 6 has one payout level and nothing below it. Get all 6 right or win nothing. That makes it the hardest pool to win for its size.
- What counts as the result
- The score at the end of the normal 90 minutes plus injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count.
- If a match is not played
- Every match must finish by 9am on the day after the last day the pool was scheduled for. A match that does not finish by then counts as abandoned. Every pick on that match then qualifies, whichever result you chose.

- Soccer 6 pools run every day. TAB publishes an open time and a close time with each pool. You will find those times on our fixtures page.

Is a pool bet the same as a bet at a bookmaker?
No, and the difference matters. In a pool bet every stake goes into one pot, and the pot is shared between the winning tickets.
