- Six results per match, not three
- This is the one TAB pool where picking the winner is not enough. Each match has six options: a home win by exactly one goal, a home win by two or more, a 0-0 draw, a score draw, an away win by exactly one goal, and an away win by two or more. TAB states it plainly: Soccer 4 is like Soccer 6 but with only 4 matches and 6 options per match instead of 3.
- What a ticket costs
- One entry costs R6, the same as Soccer 6. That is one pick in each of the 4 matches. Picking more than one result in a match multiplies your combinations, and each combination costs R6.
- What counts as the result
- The score at the end of the normal 90 minutes plus injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count.

- 1 is a home win by one goal, 2 a home win by two or more, 3 a 0-0 draw, 4 any other draw, 5 an away win by one goal and 6 an away win by two or more. Is a pool bet the same as a bet at a bookmaker?
